Originally from Vancouver, Lisa Leimanis dove into the Halifax real estate market by buying her first home.
This former renter has lived in bustling cities in Canada and the UK and relaxed into rural life in Ketch Harbour and Northern BC, so she has a good sense of what appeals to buyers in all settings.
Lisa wrote and passed the salesperson exam in May 2022 and her excellent score put her at the top of the class. She might be new to the industry but she’s no stranger to viewings and crafting strong offers. Lisa also knows the challenges that home buyers and sellers face thanks to her recent home purchase and the sale of her café, a business that she built from the ground up.
Lisa’s time running her own café added to her already extensive customer service experience. Lisa understands how important it is to feel comfortable in a working relationship and she strives to make each transaction an inviting one. When not ensuring that her clients are happily roosted, Lisa loves to pursue her passion for food, whether that’s baking and cooking or sampling one of the many restaurants and cafés our city has to offer—fellow foodies take note! Lisa is also a trivia whiz, which explains her keen eye for detail. You can trust Lisa to remember the small stuff!
Lisa enjoys spending her down-time renovating her little nest in Montebello, Dartmouth, and she’s happy to share her renovation ideas and experience for her clients’ homes, too.
